01What you get
What comes with every plan.
-
01
Jellyfin, set up and kept up to date
As many accounts as you like. Invite the family and the friends who keep asking.
-
02
Hardware transcoding
Intel Arc does the heavy lifting, so 4K HDR plays even on an old phone.
-
03
The *arr stack and Jellyseerr
Sonarr, Radarr, Prowlarr and the rest come installed and connected to each other. You add your own sources and set things up the way you like.
-
04
Fault-tolerant storage
Every byte is kept in two copies on different servers. A failed disk or server won’t take your library with it.
-
05
High Availability
If a server fails, your Jellyfin automatically starts on another one. No data has to move.
-
06
Library snapshots
A folder deleted by accident can be restored from a snapshot.
-
07
Your own domain, if you want one
Your server gets an address on our domain straight away. Connecting your own domain with TLS is free.
-
08
Free move-in
We’ll bring over your current Jellyfin with its library, users and watch history.
02Adding media
How your films get to the server.
With an app you already know.
Upload files from your computer with FileZilla, Cyberduck or WinSCP.
Connect where it already lives.
If your films are on a NAS, a Storage Box or S3, connect that storage and Jellyfin plays them straight from there, without copying. If you’d rather keep the library with us, turn on automatic transfer: it takes a couple of minutes to set up and then runs on its own.
Want new episodes to arrive on their own? Sonarr and Radarr are in the stack, ready to set up if you want them.
03What we won’t do
Good to know up front.
Look inside your library. What’s in your library and what you watch stays on your server. We don’t collect file lists or watch history, and we don’t look inside. The data is encrypted with its own key, out of reach of other customers.
Ship a torrent client. There’s no torrent client in the stack, and there won’t be. You can fill your library in other ways: connect your own storage (Storage Box, NAS, S3) or set up automatic downloads through the *arr stack and Usenet.
Cap your traffic.Your plan sets the speed. Volume is unlimited.
Bill for “usage”.The price is fixed and shown before you pay. There are no extra charges for storage, traffic or transcoding.
